We are a non-profit collective aimed at bringing London's best emerging creative talent together through one monumental production. Besides staging an adaption of Ulysses, our mission is to create a maximally rewarding process for emerging creatives which challenges, supports, builds networks and helps members refine their craft.
We are dedicated to make independent theatre as fair as possible: We work through horizontal hierarchies and give everyone in the collective creative agency.
While we don't offer up-front pay, all revenue will be shared fairly and equally between all creatives and every pound we make will be handed over to everyone in the collective.
EMERGING DIRECTOR?
While 13 of London’s most exciting new writers are finishing our first draft, we are now looking for directors to help bring this ambitious project to life.
We’re seeking emerging directors who are energised by bold, cross-disciplinary and collaborative work and highly motivated to shape the next stage of production.
13 directors will join the collective, each responsible for one hour/chapter of the project. Each directors will additionally be involved in the 'directors' room', a collaborative space to make this project bigger than the sum of its parts.

2. Write a directors note and send it through the form below.
Based on the outline and excerpt you receive, please submit around half a page of your ideas, how you would stage your hour, what your creative vision would be, how you would integrate your chapter meaningfully with the totality of the project, what your approach to direction is. We fully understand that your knowledge of the project as a whole is limited and we will only look at how developed, visionary and interesting your approach and thinking is in general and how well you respond to the material.
